High performance training for girls born 2002-2003. Build more confidence in dribbling, passing, receiving and shooting the ball by training basic and advanced technique. We will work on ball familiarity and comfort with maximum touches on the ball. Train on basic movement mechanics and consolidate coordination. We build leadership skills, self esteem and learn the value of fair play. Improve these skills while in a fun and positive environment. These sessions will ready us for The Northwest Showcase. (March 2020)
