Junior High Performance Training (Poco) 2007-2006

High performance technical training for girls born 2007-2006. Build more confidence on the ball dribbling, passing, receiving and shooting by training basic and advanced technique. We will work on ball familiarity and comfort with maximum touches. Train on basic and advanced movement mechanics and consolidate coordination. We build leadership skills, self esteem and learn the value of fair play. Improve these skills while in a fun, positive and professional environment.

Players will be in groups of maximum of 12 by ability/age if need be.
