Technical Development Sessions (Tricities)

Indoor Technical Development training for girls born 2014-2008 Build more confidence in dribbling, passing, receiving and shooting the ball by training basic technique. We will work on ball familiarity and comfort with maximum touches on the ball. Train on basic movement mechanics and consolidate coordination. We build leadership skills, self esteem and learn the value of fair play. Improve these skills while in a fun and positive environment.

Girls will be grouped in ability/age if need be
