After-School Programs



Welcome to the She Plays Sports Society's After-School Athletics Program for Elementary School Students! Our program is focused on promoting physical literacy and improving body mechanics through a range of sports activities such as soccer, basketball, track, plyometrics, and more. We are proud to offer a program led by certified female coaches who are passionate about sports and have extensive experience in working with young athletes.

Our coaches have extensive experience in working with children of all skill levels and abilities and use a variety of teaching techniques to ensure that each child receives individualized attention and support.

We provide a safe and structured environment that allows children to develop their physical literacy, build confidence, and develop important life skills such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership.
