Dehara is the founder of SHE PLAYS Soccer Academy. She realized that within her career of over 20 years of playing the wonderful game in youth, professional and international, she only had 3 female coaches. She has been a youth coach for over 10 years and now a mother to a young daughter and son. Dehara's objective of creating SHE PLAYS is to make a positive impact on as many young girl soccer players as she can. To contribute to the female soccer community, to help improve their skills and the development of these young girls. Dehara is eager to share her experience and knowledge of the game with specific training methods and some serious female empowerment.
